The person behind the forecast
Hi, I’m Julia.
I’m a Colorado CPA and former VP of Finance at a Series C logistics company. Across 14 years in finance, I’ve worked alongside founders who were scaling quickly, preparing to raise and trying to understand what their growth was asking of cash.
That experience taught me that a spreadsheet is only useful if the people running the business trust what it says. My work is part modeling, part operating partnership: asking better questions, making assumptions visible and helping a leadership team agree on the next move.
I work with four to six growing companies at a time. That limit is intentional. It gives me room to learn how your business actually works, stay close to the details and be available when a decision can’t wait for next month’s report.
